APPLICABLE TO ALL COUNTRIES: Please note that refunds will not be issued based on the effectiveness of any magic performed or on the quality of the connection you might or might not have with the spirit companions. The magic provided, portals and spirit companion connections are intended solely as a curio and for entertainment purposes. There are no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any magic offered and on the quality of the connection you will have with your spirit companions. Please refer to the disclaimer for more details.
1) Returns, exchanges, and refunds (Applicable to all countries with exclusion of EU countries)
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or cancellations requests unless you live in a EU country. Please make sure to read the listing's description and understand what you are purchasing before ordering anything from this shop. We also do not offer refunds or cancellations because you misunderstood what the listing offers. Although we fully understand sometimes it can be difficult to connect with a spirit, that is normal and it can happen, unfortunately we can not issue refunds or do exchanges related to spirit connections, as we are talking about souls and beings and we prefer not to move them back and forth from keeper to keeper. On a case-by-case basis, we may offer exchange or refunds (refunds only in store credits) if we think it is appropriate.
2) Returns and refunds applicable to Finland and European Union (EU)
If the merchandise (tangible item) is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date you receive the item(s), for any reason. And then you have up to 14 days after the date you informed us of your withdrawal to send back the item you purchased.
Sundays and public holidays are included in the 14 days. However, if the end of the 14 days falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the withdrawal period expires at the end of the following working day. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items should be in their original condition and either in their original packaging or comparable packaging, as items that are damaged during return will not qualify for a refund. We advise you to obtain tracking for your return package to ensure it arrives safely. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, which means if the shipping company loses your package or the item returns to us broken we will not issue the refund.
If you bought a spirit connection with vessel and you return the package, the spirit will be called back to us and any connection between you and the spirit will be broken. The spirit might be offered at a later time to another spirit keeper. Please think several times before returning a spirited vessel, we are talking about souls and beings and we would prefer not to move them back and forth from keeper to keeper.
If you return an enchantment which was particularly cast for you on a tangible item, the spell work done for you will be revoked.
NOTE! All customers returning the goods will have to bear the direct shipping costs of returning the goods.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve issues the refund and you have not received a refund, please contact us at returns@angelikamagick.com.
3) Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you live in a EU country, returns and refunds are offered only for tangible items such as stones, fashion jewelry (spirited vessels and enchanted items), tools, spiritual items such as incense and candle holders, and intention/ritual oils (only unopened bottles with the plastic seal on can be returned).
If you return the intention oils, when refunding you, we will retain 30% of what you paid for the oils, as we provided a service together with the oils which is the creation of the oils for you and the enchantment cast on the oils for you.
All digital downloads in any format are non-refundable.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied of the service provided, please contact the store, we always try to find a win-win solution.
4) Exchange (offered only to buyers from EU countries)
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the tangible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are happy to exchange your returned item with another item of the same or lower value.
5) Cancellations (offered only to buyers from EU countries)
You have a period of 24 hours from the order placement date/hour to cancel for a full refund to your payment source. After this window, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item if you choose not to keep it.
Once services are completed, they cannot be cancelled. We are quite quick at delivering services (such as empowerments, direct connections to spirits etc.), therefore you have 24 hours from the order placement date/hour to cancel for a a full refund to your payment source. For services if you cancel after 24h and ask for a refund you will be charged a proportionate cost for the service that has already been initiated starting from 20% (or more depending when you ask for a cancellation) of the total price you paid if you cancel after the 24h cancellation period. You can not cancel a service after it has been provided to you, which means when you receive a mail message from us confirming the service has been completed or when you receive a document (in the case of a sprit's document, applicable to both preconjured and custom conjured spirits, or in the case of the empowerments).
Digital content purchased on this website is not eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange or returns. Once processed, access to the content is granted and cannot be revoked, making all sales final for digital items delivered via your customer portal or email. This includes, but is not limited to, DIY spells, Manuals and Guides and other digital downloads.
6) Store's Cancellation Rights
We retain the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion. This may occur in instances of significant pricing errors, suspicious account activity, and similar situations.
Additionally, we may cancel an order if we determine that your request is unrealistic, unfeasible, or if we believe you would benefit more from consulting a medical professional.
7) Disputes
We would prefer you to promptly contact us if you encounter any issue related to your purchase like for example if for some reason you did not receive a tangible item. We believe the cooperation between shop and customer is beneficial for both sides and we encourage open communication and solving any issue amicably. We would prefer if you would contact us directly instead of involving a third party or slandering our shop on forums and inside the metaphysical community. This will save you and us a lot of time and energy as things often can be resolved quickly between shop and customer.
