TERMS OF DELIVERY

General

Celeste Vision Oy, Business ID: 3484048-9, sells products to adult private individuals within Finland. These delivery terms apply to orders placed in our online store.

These terms of delivery are valid from February 20, 2025. We may unilaterally change the terms from time to time, so please review them before placing an order in our online store.

Products and Prices

The features and prices of products in our online store are displayed in each product's description. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the final prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order.

The product prices are 0%VAT rate. As a small business, we are currently allowed to sell with a 0% VAT rate. The company is not required to register for VAT or charge VAT from customers if its annual turnover remains below €20,000. Note: When the company grows, we will register for VAT and add VAT to the prices.

Business and Customer Service Language

The language of the online store is English, and our services (such as downloadable or emailed documents) are provided only in English. However, we understand Finnish well and can communicate with you in Finnish if you contact us.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs depend on the product (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method. These costs are automatically added to the final order total. You will see the shipping costs (if applicable) in your shopping cart before confirming the order.

We ship all orders using Posti package service, ensuring that every order comes with shipment tracking.

Our shipping costs cover more than just postage. They include:

  • Packaging time and Transportation to the nearest Posti dispatch point
  • Printing  labels
  • Cardboard boxes, mailing boxes, and other packaging materials
  • Tape, tissue paper, paper bags, and stickers
  • Other material used for shipping

We do not profit from shipping fees—they are solely in place to cover the necessary costs of ensuring your package arrives safely and securely. Our goal is to serve you with the best possible experience, from packaging to delivery. 

Ordering and Agreement

You can place an order on our website by adding products to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents via the payment service. By ordering from our online store, you acknowledge and agree to the current terms of delivery.

You understand that your confirmed and accepted order, except where noted under the right of cancellation, is binding and constitutes a contract under these terms.

Payment and Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the online store and selected in the shopping cart.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, so please provide your email address when ordering. 

If, for any unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

Delivery Method

We deliver orders using Posti services. Letter shipments do not have a tracking number, while parcel shipments include a tracking number.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time within Finland is 3–7 business days, depending on the order and chosen delivery method. We usually process orders within 3 days from the order. In the case of the oils or other custom made services we might process in 5 days.

Right of Cancellation and Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product . For regular deliveries, the cancellation period begins from the receipt of the first shipment.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly by filling out the return form, save it in pdf format, and sending it to returns@angelikamagick.com.

The right of cancellation applies only if the returned products are in their original packaging, unused, and well-packed for return shipping.

If the purchase is canceled, the item must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from submitting the cancellation notice to our return address listed below. You must provide proof of the return, such as a receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

We will refund the amount paid for the order to your original method of payment promptly in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Checking the Shipment, Errors, and Issues

Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.

In consumer transactions, we comply with the mandatory defect liability provisions of Finnish consumer protection law.

Services and Digital Download

Returns and refunds are offered only for tangible items such as stones, fashion jewelry (spirited vessels and enchanted items), tools, spiritual items such as incense and candle holders, and intention/ritual oils (only unopened bottles with the plastic seal on can be returned).

If you return the intention oils, when refunding you, we will retain 30% of what you paid for the oils, as we provided a service together with the oils which is the creation of the oils for you and the enchantment cast on the oils for you.

All digital downloads in any format are non-refundable. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied of the service provided, please contact the store, we always try to find a win-win solution.

  • Once services are completed, they cannot be cancelled. We are quite quick at delivering services (such as empowerments, direct connections to spirits etc.), therefore you have 24 hours from the order placement date/hour to cancel for a a full refund to your payment source. For services if you cancel after 24h and ask for a refund you will be charged a proportionate cost for the service that has already been initiated starting from 20% (or more depending when you ask for a cancellation) of the total price you paid if you cancel after the 24h cancellation period. You can not cancel a service after it has been provided to you, which means when you receive a mail message from us confirming the service has been completed or when you receive a document (in the case of a sprit's document, applicable to both preconjured and custom conjured spirits, or in the case of the empowerments).

  • Digital content purchased on this website is not eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange or returns. Once processed, access to the content is granted and cannot be revoked, making all sales final for digital items delivered via your customer portal or email. This includes, but is not limited to, DIY spells, Manuals and Guides and other digital downloads.

Limitation of Liability

Celeste Vision Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to orders, delivery, or products, except where mandatory provisions in consumer protection law or other binding laws state otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes related to your order primarily through negotiation, so please contact our Customer Service first.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations, the consumer may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before doing so, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
