Due to the fact most of our time and energy in this shop is spent on tasks which require full focus so that we can offer high quality services, our availability for random questions unrelated to a spirit connection purchase is quite limited. To address this, we have introduced this service. Through this service, we provide guidance to new spirit keepers if they have a question or doubt of a general level on spirit keeping, not related to a purchase. With this service we are pleased to offer our support to help you with your spirit keeping journey!

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
This service includes 1 question on spirit keeping at a general level and 1 follow-up question in case of need of clarification. Example of a question that can be asked: "I have received several spirit connections at once recently, how should I welcome them and bond with them to ensure they all receive equal attention and focus during the initial phase of our connection?". 
The follow up question is a request for clarification not a new question on a new topic.. The length of the answer can not be predicted as it depends on your question, it varies, most likely it will be couple of brief paragraphs.  

If for some reason your question can not be answered we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Kindly note that we do not address inquiries concerning spirits and services provided by other practitioners. If you have any uncertainties regarding their services, it is best to reach out to them directly. We do not offer additional details about your spirit companion through this service, as all relevant information about spirit companions is available in their description. Teaching how to conjure or bind spirits is not a service we provide to the general public. Additionally, answering queries about metaphysical or magick-related topics are beyond the scope of this service and of this shop.

We will answer your question using our experience and the best of our knowledge. Please understand that spirit keeping is a wide subject and there are many views and opinions on spirit keeping, spirits and entities. Spirit keeping belongs to the area of metaphysical which means nothing of it can be scientifically proved (yet), so our answer may differ from the beliefs of other conjurers or may reflect a similar point of view or might not resonate with what you thought the answer would have been. We also suggest to explore forums and free communities before purchasing this service, there you might find your answer.

DELIVERY: After your purchase and all possible requests of clarification have been answered, please allow 2-5 working days for the delivery (Saturday and Sunday excluded). The answer will be provided via email.
