VIP Tiers and Rewards T&C
The program starts with a ratio 1:1, which means you earn 1 point for each Euro you spend in the shop. You can earn up to 2 points per each Euro spent in completed orders.
Please see below how many points are earned in each tier and the amount of EUR spent in completed orders required to achieve a specific level.
Bronze: Free - Earn 1 point x EUR spent
Bronze Plus: Requires 250 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1 point x EUR spent
Silver: Requires 500 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1,25 points x EUR spent
Gold: Requires 3000 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1,5 points
Platinum: Requires 7000 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1,75 points x EUR spent
Diamond: Requires 12000 EUR in completed orders - Earn 2 points x EUR spent
Points for activities: These are points that are earned when you complete an activity, for example you sign up or you complete your first order. The activities to complete may change in time or more activities can be added, please refer to this page for updates.
Free spell on Birthday: You need to request it via email (on your Birthday please send an email to support@angelikamagick.com) with your request. Choose one spell among these: prosperity, good luck, love, friendship, beauty, protection, cleansing, opening of psychic senses. The delivery will be a message informing the spell has been cast. Please allow 2-3 working days for the spell to be performed for you. Must be requested max one week after your Birthday, if later you will lose the reward.
15% and 20% discount codes: These will be delivered via email once a month. These discount do not combine with other discounts in the shop and have a validity of one month.
1 Free monthly shipping: Max shipping cost covered by this reward is 27 EUR. If the shipping cost is higher you will pay only the difference.
Random monthly free gift: Gift chosen by Angelika Magick and delivered to you via email. Can be anything—coupons, free services, etc. Cannot be exchanged with other things.

Your reward points are yours to keep indefinitely. There's no expiration date, giving you complete flexibility to save and redeem your points whenever you choose. We believe in rewarding your loyalty on your terms. However, in the exceptional case we need to reset the program and your points will expire we will inform you of this well in advance.
Our intention is not to change the rewards too often. However if needed, we reserve the right to change the rewards offered in the program at any point in time, and to add, change or delete rewards.
When you claim your reward the system will take points from your loyalty program account. The reward will still be available for you under the section "Rewards -You have the following rewards ready to use" on your loyalty program page. You need to click again on the reward and apply the reward to your account in order to add the coupon. After that you can proceed with adding your item and checkout.
Another case in which points could decrease is if we have cancelled the order or you asked for cancellation. We will take off the points earned for that specific order that was cancelled.

It is not possible to change the reward once you choose it. Please be sure of what you click and choose as that action can not be reversed and the system will decrease the amount of points in your account.
