Shipping and Service Delivery Coverage

Currently we ship products only to specific countries. There are some zones we do not ship to or we do not sell to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, you will not be able to complete your check out or you will not have visibility on the offered products/services. If you place an order (for a tangible product or a service or a digital download) from one of the countries where we do not provide services by accessing our site through another country's IP address, your order will be cancelled.

Please make sure you can receive the item in your country and that is not in the list of forbidden items.

Shipping Data (language/alphabet to be used)

When inputting the shipping address and your name in your order, please make sure to use the English alphabet as the Post Office shipping system will not accept other types of letters such as Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic etc.. Thank you for cooperating!

*Order Limits and Shipping Costs

Please make sure to read each listing description before ordering. Some listings may have a set limit of items per order. If these limits are not respected you may be charged additional shipping costs to cover the total cost of shipping.

For example if the listing has text: max 2 items per order and you purchase 3 items in the same order, you may be charged additional shipping costs.

Shipment processing times

All orders which require shipping are processed within 2-5 business days excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Order with confidence! Angelika Magick primarily ships through Finnish Post services and has successfully delivered hundreds of packages worldwide. We always provide a tracking code!

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout once you enter your address details in the form. Since shipping from Finland can be costly, we aim to support our customers by covering a portion of the shipping expenses. As a result, the shipping fee you pay is typically lower than the actual shipping cost.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Domestic: 3-5 business days.
  • International: 4-10 business days. This time can become longer depending on the shipping company and events that we can not control.

These are estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by a shipping company, which are very rare occurrences.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    If you order from a non-EU country you might be asked to pay customs fees by the customs authorities when your package arrives to your country. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

    Damages

    We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    Additional info

    • We only ship to residential addresses. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or other locations than residential addresses.
    • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday -  Friday. Some exceptions may be done, and the package shipped on Saturdays from time to time at the shop's discretion.
    • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items or countries. We might use UPS services or Posti (the Finnish national postal service) depending on the country location where we ship the package. UPS delivers to the recipient's home address and if the recipient is not at home at the time of the delivery, UPS will deliver the package to the closest UPS access point, this applies also to registered letters sent with Posti.
    • If there are delays please contact the shipping company directly for clarifications, we are happy to help however we have the same level of visibility than you in relation to the tracking of packages.
    • Please note that once we ship the goods we have no control on what the shipping company will do and we can not be held responsible of delays or anything that the shipping company will do. However, we always are available for questions if issues arise, and we will do our best to help where we can!
    • In the rare case you paid an excess of the actual shipping costs, we will refund that excess after the shipping has been initiated. *In case you have not paid enough shipping costs because you did not follow the rules in the listing, you will be informed and we will send you an invoice for the missing shipping costs.
